Why did John Cena decide on The Rock?

courtesy : wwe.com

For a couple of weeks on Raw, John Cenaseemed to have both The Miz and R-Truth within proper limits all without anyone else present. Actually, a significant number of parts of the WWE Universe asked on Twitter if Cena even required The Rock as his tag group mate in opposition to Awesome Truth at Survivor Series. WWE.com now poses the concern, does John Cena require The Rock as his tag group mate at Survivor Series or does John Cena need The Rock as his associate for ulterior incentives not yet speculated?

Cena guaranteed he decided on The Rock as his tag crew associate in opposition to “Awesome Truth” at Survivor Series for the reason that he needed someone outside of John Laurinaitis' get so he couldn’t be ruined. Nonetheless, Cena went so far outside the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations and Interim Raw General Manager's get that he picked his rival at WrestleMania XXVIII: The Rock. (Note: Yes, we are needed to utilize Mr. John Laurinaitis' full titles whenever referencing him.)

The Rock has the playing point of advantageously having the capacity to scout the Cenation pioneer from one of “The Peoples' Homes” or a film set basically by viewing WWE pay-for each-views and Monday Night Raw. The Brahma Bull hasn’t contended in a match inasmuch as WrestleMania XX, something greater than seven years in the past. The People's Champ has been preparing at his particular private office in Hollywood, at times tweeting photographs from @TheRock. Conversely, Cena contends everywhere on the globe at WWE exist occasions well something greater than 200 times yearly. Survivor Series would be Cena's just risk to scout The Rock – from arm's get – when their legend contact at WrestleMania XXVIII.

The Rock has seemingly the most gigantic personality in the history of WWE. Nonetheless, he just points to himself in the third individual, refering to one of his countless monikers similar to “The People's Champion” and “The Most Electrifying Man in Entertainment.” However, mental planning aside, there's likewise the physical perspectives of The Great One's readiness. Late visualizations of The Rock delineate him as being in the most fit state of his existence. Indeed, he could be more susceptible mentally than physically. What could it do to The Rock's mind provided that he had to stand on the ring overskirt actually feet from John Cena as Cena chose not to tag The Rock in and alternately selected to win the match on his particular? Is The People's Champ rationally outfitted to withstand quite a humbling encounter or could it consume at his unparalleled expectancy for four months?

At WrestleMania XXVII, the Cenation boss was humiliated on The Grandest Stage of Them All when The Miz held his WWE Championship in opposition to Cena emulating a Rock Bottom with the globe looking at (PHOTOS). Will John Cena utilize The World's Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden, as the stage to give back where its due and give The Rock an Attitude Adjustment.

The WWE Universe have heaps of concerns but just John Cena has the responses.

Will the WWE Universe see a “New" John Cena now?

Maybe the most telling things about John Cena losing the WWE title match to CM Punk in controversial fashion at SummerSlam is the way we saw him Monday night.

In the final segment of the night, Cena, dressed in his usual red shirt and jorts, came racing to the aid of Rey Mysterio after Mysterio lost to the new champion Alberto Del Rio.

Cena was monotone and direct and did not mince words. He was sullen and mad and direct.

It was a change in voice, spirit and mind.

We may not be seeing a “face” change or “character” change in the face of the WWE, but we might have gotten a glimpse of things to come in the future.

What we saw in Cena was a pissed superstar who wanted one thing—“his” WWE Championship.

“I have a lot of reasons to be pissed tonight,” Cena said as he jumped into the ring and proceeded to attack Del Rio.

Cena had his foot clearly outside the rope when his shoulders were counted down. He said he cannot fault CM Punk for winning, for he “earned” his championship, but Del Rio on the other hand, he said “You are not a champion. You are a target.”

Do we have a new hero to rally around and find a new love for? Do we have children that will still salute him and praise him and find a soft spot for him? Do we have women who will still like his persona and his look and his vanilla-edge? Will men like his craftiness and the way he speaks if this continues?

We have been talking here on Bleacher Report for months about a change in this man.

He even candidly spoke of it several times. He is the guy who has made people forget Hulk Hogan and the man who has turned back every challenge, and still, the IWC and a good amount of fans dislike his continued success.

The confident tone from Monday night served him well.

Actually, the words he has spoken the entire time he has battled Punk, the WWE and the establishment from MITB on has proven he can be a more dominant and grittier hero than he has been.

Cena still has his battles ahead with Triple H, maybe the WWE Corporation, and of course, wrestlers like Del Rio and Punk. But his respect for the business, the way Punk and he battled and put it all out there twice at pay-per-view events and the fact he now seems angry, this makes for a better Cena, and moving forward, makes something like a Rock/Cena WrestleMania seem more appealing.

His words of wisdom may prove true. Every person Del Rio knows will be after him. His friends will then become his enemies. And if his words are true, then Del Rio is lucky to have the championship NOW. Because the idea of “John Cena whipping your ass” sounds a lot like a threat that the “new” Cena will be able to back up.

Why the WWE Universe welcome Sheamus face turn

Courtesy : wwe.com

The spoilers are as follows :

"Mark Henry defeated local guy Bobby Howard. After the match he tries to attack him with a chair but Long comes out & stops him. He says there's already one lawsuit pending & he'll find him competition. Sheamus comes out & says if he wants competition he'll fight him & slaps him. Henry goes after him but Sheamus throws him over top rope. Sheamus tries to hit him w/ chair but Henry leaves."

Basically, what most people are drawing from this and his recent match with the overtly heel Wade Barrett on last week's Smackdown is that Sheamus is in the process of a face-turn. Many are concerned about this, proclaiming it'd be offensive to Sheamus' character, and would do little to improve his status on the Blue Brand. Judging from the title, you can tell that I strongly disagree with those assertions. Allow me to describe to you why Sheamus' face-turn is a welcome change to Friday Nights.

Foundation :
Sheamus stood up against the monster heel, Mark Henry, who has been a complete hate machine to the fans as of late. Like other top faces, such as John Cena and CM Punk, Sheamus took supreme action and went after the "big bad guy", just as Punk did with WWE Management and Cena with most of his opponents. As a result of Sheamus being the alternative to the heat-drawing Mark Henry, he pretty much automatically has the fans behind him. Standing up to a monster heel and actually holding your ground scores you major points in credibility and success, which most faces (and even heels) nowadays lack.

Character :
Sheamus already is the Celtic Warrior. And as a Celtic Warrior, he not only holds the virtues of brutality and savageness, but also of honor and dignity. And in the WWE, there is little honor and dignity in being a heel. Sheamus already owns the face values of honor and dignity through his Celtic code, so why not make that apparent? It makes sense, and fits with the Celtic Warrior image: A brutal, yet honorable soldier. Reminds me of a certain special someone, wouldn't you say? Plus, being a face of Celtic and Irish origin would place Sheamus in a really heated and most likely intense feud with the British Wade Barrett (ask your world history teacher why), which would help further elevate Sheamus and Barrett up the card.

Elevation :
And on the note of rising up the card, heel Sheamus is stuck in line with stars like Christian, Cody Rhodes, Wade Barrett, and Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship scene. Jumping Sheamus to face would put him in line with only one other person: Randy Orton. The Blue Brand is in desperate need of a Number Two face behind Ce-uh, I mean Orton. Daniel Bryan is getting prepped up for the main event tier with the help of the MITB briefcase and the wondrous heel that is Cody Rhodes, but he's still not ready to be ranked up with Orton. Sheamus needs to fill that No. 2 void. The biggest draw from that is then Orton wouldn't need to be in every single World Championship Match since there lacks any other credible faces on the brand at this current time. Sheamus could no doubt fill that void - and do it well, too.

Ability and Appearance :
Sheamus plays an excellent powerhouse character, demonstrating his wrath with that particular nasty power-bomb on Sin Cara through a ladder at July 17th's MITB PPV. As this brewing feud with Mark Henry shows, Kane and Big Show are both out and will be for some time (as they are both in or approaching their 40s), and Sheamus is here to fill in their big shoes. And since Sheamus has the favor of the boss and the "boss" on his side, along with the image and physique of a typical WWE superstar, a push for the newly reinvented face Sheamus would seem logical. After stepping out of this Mark Henry feud, perhaps engage Sheamus in a British-Irish feud with Wade Barrett, establishing further that Sheamus is officially baby-face material, and then bring him into the WHC scene once he's needed (either to replace or add supplement to Orton).

Staleness of the Heel :
A face-change, like a heel-change, usually allows the superstar to improve upon the character in the process. Sheamus' only strong point in being a heel is his mild anger (which seems like petty sighs compared to Orton's recent outbursts) and grand power. It's a very stale and dull formula and contributes little to his character, aside from "oh he's a big tough warrior durr". Very stale, and very dull. Plus, Sheamus has been a heel since his mid-2009 debut on ECW, over 2 years ago. His character has remained stagnant since, and as a result, he was shoved into the mid-card scene competing for the diminishing US Title after his brief main event stint on RAW. For Sheamus to come back to that point where he once was - the former 2 time WWE Champion - he'll have to make use of a character revamp like this face-turn in the making.

Some wrestlers just need that certain change of pace to set themselves back upon the pedestal they once stood proudly on. Sheamus is one of those wrestlers.

John Cena comments on the mixed crowd reactions at Capitol Punishment PPV

The current WWE Champion John Cena pointed out to the WWE Universe's reaction to him last night at the Capitol Punishment PPV (watch). Cena, who is the favourite public figure in the WWE, encountered reactions like no other wrestler as the live crowd fought up against each other chanting "Let's Go Cena" and "Cena Sucks". On Monday morning, Cena made the following comments via his Twitter page :
"The divide between those who stand with us and those who stand against us is becoming more aggressive. I love it. I think it makes for an unreal WWE experience."
On Sunday night, Cena wrestled R-Truth in the main event of the Capitol Punishment PPV. The crowd wasn't cheering for R-Truth they were just responding to John Cena in ring skills. However, last night's unbelievable crowd response takes place to Cena on a regular basis as the WWE Universe is genuinely divided over him.

Cena isn't shaken off by the outspoken dissention against him as he directs it all in stride and feels blessed to be where he is. Despite being the face of the company, WWE fans are started out to be tired of his winning manners any would like to see something more productive with the WWE title. That difference could have been R-Truth last night but WWE creative team decided that R-Truth didn't deserve acquiring the WWE belt. Alternatively we get more conspiracy talk as a kid from the crowd helped caused R-Truth to lose the match after throwing his drink in R-Truth's face.

Whether you love or hate John Cena as a wrestler, beyond the ring ring Cena is known as a standup guy who regularly makes appearances for several charities and causes events. Further, he embraces his status as a role model and maintains himself to a standard that others can believe in.

Batista deserves a second chance in WWE

On May 24, 2010 WWE Universe witnessed an exit of one of the biggest WWE SuperStar of the last decade. Who was know as The Animal. Yes, it's Batista.

Batista and Cena, existed as the top of new breed in WWE. His feuds with Triple H, Edge, Undertaker (watch) and John Cena were some of the best feuds of the last decade. Today, we can rank him as on of the greatest World Heavyweight Champions of all times.

Have a look at his career, Batista's career turned when he was already in his 30's. When he first came in WWE, he was just another human mass of flesh. With Evolution, Batista also developed as a performer. He was still not decent enough to the ring work, but he had the some great potential then. WWE took a chance with Batista, and it paid a fabulous prize.

Batista did an exciting job and an face. However, the crowd was over him as John Cena. He had an strength that never seemed phony. His promos were not entertaining, but his presence was so powerful that it would cover his lacks.

After a solid run as the World Heavyweight Championship and five years as a major face, Batista moved to be a heel in late 2009. This was the moment of rebirth for his career.

For once, his powerful strength and brutal intensity encountered the suitable gimmick. His whole move was tailor for a dominant heel, so it was fitting his character. His promos was improved to a degree where he seemed as an bad-ass. It was the same time when rumours of his going away from WWE began to arise.

In his last feud, he began feuding with John Cena. At last, we detected a heel who could destroy John Cena and still look believable. After a series of good and super physical mates, Batista lost to Cena in an I Quit match, and so on the following night, on May 24 2010, he left from the WWE in a despicable way.

Simply fast forward one year, and we'll understand that WWE is already missing him.

WWE at this moment needs an person by a presence that will dominate John Cena and Randy Orton when they face off. WWE requires brutal intensity and charisma. I'll be much more specific, it is Batista's base, SmackDown, needs him.

Batista's come back will help SmackDown.

We all know that, SmackDown is heavy with heels now, and with Randy Orton on the top of them all, no heel has a good future in WWE. The way Randy has been held, there is absolutely no heel who can appear credible while demolishing Orton. The latest heel turn of Christian may make us optimistic.

Believe me, the missing link on SmackDown is Batista. Batista is an individual who is able to destory Orton, and the WWE Universe will believe it. Secondly, if he comes back, then either Randy Orton can turn heel, and Batista can dominate as the face of SmackDown.

In other manner, he can work as an shock absorber to other faces or heels to come up to his shadow, as he will take the stress off of every performer.

Now, you might ask me that in such a scenario, Is Batista worth it. He is already passed his 40's, don't we need youthful guys?

Batista is indeed very old to make a come back, but he is yet in really good condition. He can still perform for two years at the in high spirits. When many of the big stars have already gone away, we require a mega star to promote new wrestlers. Batista is one such person to do it.

Now we arrive at a vey important part. Let me explain why Batista deserves it?

Batista was not used by WWE properly in a monumental way. Now, have a look at the video below. A star who made such a great impact, Later exit on wheelchair was no less than a shame.

Batista leaves from WWE at Monday Night Raw (2010-05-24)

Here we are talking about a monster face, who, until Cena took over, was grounded to be the face of WWE. There was a mega-star, who for half a decade who carried SmackDown, along with Edge and Undertaker. He later turned into a monster heel and reigned on top of the food chain. He was not simply entertaining, but also credible, while tearing John Cena apart.

More to the point, he had helped very much to build the brand of SmackDown. Lacking him, it might have never been the same. He came to the WWE after multi injuries, only to work for WWE and to entertain us all the time.

I agree that he had his faults as a person. He had conflicts with the management of company, and he planned to leave. But I am damn sure he would have definitely not been very happy to leave in such a humiliating manner.

WWE has to deliver itself by offering Batista a second opportunity and a suitable farewell.

SmackDown results May 6, 2011. By Shawn Shashidharan

The WWE Universe plucked Christian's Opponent.
Wherein Christian kicked off SmackDown by celebrating his freshly won World Heavyweight Championship, Mark Henry, The Great Khali and Randy Orton desired their fortune in the spotlight. To establish which of the three would acquire a opportunity to face the title holder, SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long canvased the WWE Universe. Straight to the crowd overpoweringly in favor of paying Orton the chance, Long stunned all in the event that he told the mate would certainly take place later on that same night.

Sheamus def. Daniel Bryan.
However still angered at unloading the United States Championship to Kofi Kingston at Extreme Rules, Sheamus arrived at Daniel Bryan with all guns blazing. After Sheamus seized the ropes to push Bryan to relinquish a LeBell Lock, the 2010 King of the Ring nailed him with two cruel Brogue Kicks for a dominating victory.

Cody Rhodes remembered turning a loss to Rey Mysterio by going to Extreme Rules.
Despite turning a loss to Rey Mysterio in a Falls Count Anywhere Match at Extreme Rules, Cody Rhodes announced he was victorious in disclosing Mysterio as a coward for spitting a burn mist in his eyes. Through with Mysterio, Rhodes whacking the WWE Universe, which were passed paper bags to protect their wickedness brought about by Rhodes.

Ezekiel Jackson def. WWE Tag Team Champion Big Show.
Held in a fight between combined heavyweights, Ezekiel Jackson squared off up against WWE Tag Team Champion Big Show. In which fellow WWE Tag Team Champion Kane came to ringside, he was pounced on with the Corre. Soon there after fending off Kane's assaulters, The World's Largest Athlete was seen with a cruel bodyslam followed up shortly with a clothesline from Jackson. After the monumental triumph, Jackson was brutally attacked by his brethren when he took a swing at Wade Barrett within the locker room.

Layla def. Alicia Fox ; Kharma attacked Fox.
After sending out Michelle McCool packing off from WWE at Extreme Rules, Layla passed Alicia Fox a loss. But soon after the friction match, Kharma arrived and addressed, just like she did on Monday's Raw. On this night, it was Fox who experienced the newbie's anger, while Layla looked on in repugnance from edge of the ring.

Sin Cara def. Tyson Kidd.
Sin Cara proceeded to surprise the WWE Universe with his leading ring performance with a victory over Tyson Kidd. Soon after the bout, Chavo Guerrero came on the site and shakes Sin Cara's hand.

Randy Orton def. Christian to become New World Heavyweight Champion.
New World Heavyweight Champion Christian took the air upon SmackDown to celebrate his claim, but he instantly encountered himself having to protect it up against a contender chosen by the WWE Universe Randy Orton. In a strongly competitive round, both Superstars struggled on taking the nail, paying all they possessed, and then some. But as Captain Charisma came dashing down from the ropes, so did his aspiration, as he fell right into The Vipers coils and holding off RKO. The passing was an acid tablet live with and will certainly burn for quite a while for a time.

Michelle McCool says goodbye

"Your true passion should feel like breathing ; its that natural." Oprah Winfrey.

As the teardrops eventually discontinued flowing from Michelle McCools eyes in the locker room, the onetime schoolteacher-turned-WWE Diva became reflective. After all, she had grown up having a romance with WWE, something she shared with her dad and "pap pap," her grandfather. Being a Diva was her ambition, and although the route may have started in a seventh-grade classroom where she taught middle schoolers science, the road would finally end where she always told her pap pap and dad shed be someday : in the squared circle ring.

As McCools body hit the canvas in a tough Loser Leaves WWE Match at Extreme Rules with her former best friend Layla, and then a powerful slam to the ring by a debuting Kharma, all those dreams came dashing down her time in WWE was up. The teardrops began to flow a combination of the physical pain she had been enduring for two months and the emotional strain of a dream coming to an abrupt halt.

My foot has been injured for two months now, broken toe, torn joint capsules, torn MCL. I took a good beating by Layla and Kharma, too. I know I’ll be feeling it tonight, tomorrow and probably the next day,” McCool exclusively told WWE.com. “But I’ll wear it with pride.”

Two Womens Championships and two Divas Championships to her recognition McCool surely has much to be prideful about.

McCools WWE life history started out in 2004, thanks to the WWE Diva Search. During her tenure as a teacher, she saw an advertisement on Raw for the competition. Eventhough teaching kids was her love, working her way into WWE and winning the championship was something she was addicted about, and nothing was going to stand in her way.

I’ve been doing this for six years now. Love me or hate me, I hope the WWE Universe can respect that night in and night out, I’ve given it my all,” McCool said as the tears again began to flow. “This is definitely emotional, and I’m sure it’ll be like that for awhile.”

Hesitating for a minute to collect herself, McCool did have one last message for the WWE Universe.

Thank you for the love and the hate. Thank you for being you and for watching. Hopefully I’ll see you around – not in the ring – but maybe someday.”

And as she loaded up her bag for the last time in the Divas locker room, it struck her. She wouldn't be doing the familiar tonight, heading to another city. Shed be heading someplace much more unfamiliar dwelling house.

The Rock kicked off the biggest birthday party in TV history. WWE Raw May 2, 2011

If anyone knows how to win the crowd its The Rock. After all, you dont gain the nickname The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment by being an electrifying bulb. Prior to kicking off his birthday party celebration, though, The Rock, as well as the rest of the fans, took time to receipt the upshots of the past 24 hours. As Lilian Garcia sang a heart melting rendition rendering of the National Anthem, everyone in the American Airlines Arena that night pondered on the historical news that United States military had killed Osama bin Laden nearly 10 yrs after the al Queda leader had organised the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

With the news buoying up the celebrations kicked off, The Great One headed his hometown in a interpretation of the Pledge Fealty}. He then boosted them to have fun and lionize his natal day in high style. Unfortunately, theres always one p
arty pooper in the bunch.

Michael Cole, on behalf of the anonymous Raw GM, cut off The Rock as he addressed his frenzie fans. After ripping on Cole, The Brahma Bull invited him i
nto the ring
so that he might “apologize.” The cheese-eating announcer was then greeted with a Rock Bottom and The People’s Elbow.

When Rock exited to the roars of an appreciative crowd, he
was joined by dancers from the Miami Heat basketball team and by rapper Pitbull! Time to par-tay!

The Rock celebrated his birthday with the WWE Universe and surprise guest Mr. McMahon:
Its a disgrace that birthdays only come around one time a year. Remembrancer of The Rocks celebratory bash should last at least that long. With the evening going full strength, The Rock gave thanks to the fans in his hometown, Miami and the intact WWE Universe for helping him express joy. He was then got together by surprise invitee Mr. McMahon, who volunteered some uncharacteristically kind words before a video tribute to The Rock.

Then Grammy-award winning recording artist Mya was presented and directed the crowd in a rendition of Happy Birthday theme.

Edge say's good bye to the WWE Universe forever

No wonder the whole WWE Universe was in shock when the 11-times World Champion announced his retirement on Raw April 11, 2011 (watch). The Rated-R-Superstar Edge told the WWE Universe that, due to his injury, he can no longer wrestle in the ring and he will retire from the competition.

After more than 13 years of wrestling The Ultimate Opportunist who retained his World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 27 (watch) against Alberto Del Rio announced his retirement, his legion so called Edge Heads cried when he offered them an emotional farewell on Raw.

WWE released a video of John Cena expressing his feelings about Edge on their official YouTube channel.

Edge later came out on SmackDown! (watch) after Christian won a no.1 contender match and addressed the WWE Universe that he no longer be their World Champion and surrender his World Heavyweight Championship title.

Edge's mother was also presented along the ring side the entire WWE Universe stood up and Edge thanked his Edge Heads, hugged his mother and the entire SmackDown locker room showed up to pay tribute to Edge. Christian, Rey Mysterio, Chavo Guerrero, Big Show and Triple H came to the ring and hugged Edge.

The WWE Universe chanted 'Thank You, Edge'.

Do comment below, what you think about this!

Edge unforgeable movement in WWE

How can WWE Universe forget the YOU SUCK!! chants on Kurt Angles music. His feud with Kurt Angle is on of the best feud in WWE history. This chant became so famous that when ever Angle makes his entrance the WWE Universe would say YOU SUCK! during his entrance music.

They even faced each other in hair vs. hair match where Edge shaved Kurt Angle bald at Wrestlemania.

Which WWE brand does Sin Cara belongs and Rey Mysterio leaving WWE

On Raw April/4/2011 (watch).
When Sheamus attacked Daniel Bryan after their match Sin Cara interrupted and attacked Sheamus.

On SmackDown! April/8/2011 (watch).
As Michael Cole and his trainer Jack Swagger were singing and praising themselves about what they did at WrestleMania, WWE’s latest signed Superstar Sin Cara emerged in the scene by defying both gravity and a jaw-dropping attack on The All-American American Jack Swagger.

Still it's not clear, Which brand does Sin Cara belongs. Rey Mysterio is actually not happy with sin Cara being signed with WWE and taking his place. Rey Mysterio has been given offers for acting in Mexican films and he says that due to his WWE contract he can't act in any films and he has asked for his release.
