A recent photo went viral where The Undertaker was on the plane headed to New York yesterday. We are waiting for what that would lead up-to.

Recent news on Ric Flair is that, he is given and external pacemaker and his heart is beating normal - wherein he is battling with an kidney infection.

Floyd Mayweather is saying that he will retire from boxing after his match with Conor McGregor on Aug. 26. As WWE is keen to work with Mayweather again.

Adam Cole is said to debut at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III tonight.

Brie Bella will be in New York for filming Total Bellas and maybe sitting at the ringside with Nikki for Cena's SummerSlam match.

Before her suspension last year, WWE had plans for Eva Marie to be the SmackDown's Women's Champion.

It's been said that Mike Kanellis does not like how he is being booked in WWE.

The word is out that Tyrus (the former Brodus Clay) didn't show up for the GFW tapings because he doesn't like how he is being booked.

As reported by Inquisitr, Hulk Hogan's daughter Brooke Hogan made comments on TMZ that her father would return to WWE at Wrestlemania 33 more than a year after his most recent dismissal from the company.

Though Brooke did not made an outright confirmation or denial regarding his father's return, several WWE fans is already thrilled to see him once again. Hogan's return would happen close to two years after an audio recording where Hogan made racist statements about his daughter's boyfriend that time had leaked. This incident caused Hulk Hogan's removal from almost all that mentions his name even the WWE Hall of Fame Listing.

Meanwhile, the WWE RAW roster is getting another addition with the legendary Ric Flair. Flair just signed a new contract with WWE RAW as per Comic Book. That full-time deal led to his latest appearance following the Charlotte Flair vs Sasha Banks match in which Sasha won for the third time.

But fans were surprised upon seeing Ric Flair holding up Sasha's hand after her victory which definitely had cause a stir to his daughter. It will be interesting for WWE RAW to determine in what way they would use Ric Flair as they go forward. Well, they can pair him up with his daughter for another run or they can build off Flair with his appearance with Sasha.

Lastly, in the WWE rumors, Goldberg might face Undertaker or John Cena after beating Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series. Though some say that Goldberg will continue his feud with Lesnar, some also want to know who he shall take on next.

In an official site of WWE, a poll has been conducted to determine who shall he face next and fans picked Undertaker with 40 percent, Roman Reigns was in second with 20 percent and John Cena in third with 119 percent.

If WWE would give the fans what they want, it would be a Goldberg vs Undertaker match and it's a guarantee that fans will be thrilled with this epic match.

With regard to the latest WWE rumors, fans are surely hoping for Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair's return plus Goldberg taking a fight against Undertaker or John Cena.

Booking Plans for Ric Flair When He Returns

Hall of Famer Ric Flair returning to Raw as a regular on-screen character in the near future appears to be a strong possibility, but will “The Nature Boy” be a heel or a face, assuming he does come back?

In this week's (subscribers-only) Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer notes that the legend is about to undergo a round of routine physical testing in preparation for a full-time spot on the roster. He also mentions that WWE is under the impression Flair will have to be booked as a babyface upon his return:
Flair, 65, was scheduled to go to Pittsburgh this week to see Dr. Joseph Maroon for a full cardiovascular physical before they bring him back as a regular television character. The belief is that at this stage of the game, Flair has to be a babyface, but Flair does always want to be a heel, so you never know.

Per this report, ideas thrown out for the star include managing The Miz, managing Dolph Ziggler or being associated with The Shield in some manner or other.

It's easy to see why the writers feel that Flair has to be a good guy in 2014, even if he was a legendary heel character during his career.

At this point, it would be a colossal struggle to convince the fans to boo him. Similar to Hulk Hogan or "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, he has a tremendous amount of nostalgia appeal to many fans. You couldn't jeer him—it would be like jeering a precious part of your childhood.

There's also the fact that Flair is simply too much fun as a character to truly despise.

Whatever he does on Raw, he looks like he's having a great time, and his enthusiasm is positively infectious. It doesn't matter how bad or mediocre the material is; he can elevate it. His mere presence on WWE's flagship show revamps it and makes it seem like more fun.

Who could possibly dislike someone like that?

Ric Flair's Son Passes Away at 25

Sad news coming from the Ric Flair camp, as it is being reported that his youngest son Reid has passed away at the age of 25.

PWInsider.com reported the following Friday afternoon:

Reid Flair, the youngest son of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, has passed away, PWInsider.com has sadly confirmed. He was only 24 years old.
Reid was seen in the latter days of WCW, where both he and his father had their shaved in an angle by Vince Russo. He later began training as a pro wrestler under Bobby Eaton and George South, but personal issues, including a heroin arrest, sidetracked what was expected to be instant stardom for Reid, who had an excellent amateur pedigree.

At one point, he was slated to debut with Ring of Honor when the promotion was owned by Cary Silkin, but the arrest caused ROH to back off on those plans. That led to the beginning of the end of their relationship with Ric Flair.
Since then, there had been talk of Reid going to WWE developmental and the company had taken a look at him, but didn't sign him to a contract. He had worked in All Japan this past January and was slated to make appearances with Ric this weekend in Maryland.


Sadly, this news comes on the heels of Ric Flair being hospitalized prior to a scheduled Raw appearance earlier this week. As of this report, there has been no announcement revealing what has caused this tragedy. However, I am certain that an official statement from the family will come out letting fans know what happened.

Overall, the 25-year-old seemed to have a promising career ahead of him. As the article noted, he recently replaced his father at an All Japan card, where he faced The Great Muta in a tag-team match. Even though "The Nature Boy" was unable to compete he was in his son's corner for the bout.



Ultimately, Reid had his share of demons. In 2007 he was arrested on an assault and battery charge. Then in 2009 he was arraigned twice, the first time was for a DUI, followed by a heroin arrest based off of a car accident that revealed he was driving with a revoked license. Since then, he had been off of the police radar and seemed to straighten out his life.

In the end, this has been a rough week for the Flair family, and we can only hope that things pick up from here.

Update: Numerous reports, including The Los Angeles Times, indicate that Reid Flair was 25 at the time of his passing.

Ric Flair Hospitalized

Well this has been quite a day for hospitalization stories.

Monday afternoon it was noted that former DX member X-Pac had been hospitalized over the weekend after his match with Jerry Lynn.

Now, it appears that the "Nature Boy" Ric Flair has suffered the same fate and found himself in a Philadelphia hospital Monday evening.

According to PWInsider.com:

Ric Flair will not be appearing on Raw tonight as he was sent to the hospital due to concern over what we are told is a "blood clot."

Flair did not wrestle as scheduled on a January All Japan show due to a blood clot in his leg. Whether this would be the same clot or not, I cannot confirm but I know that during a recent shoot interview, Flair actually showed off a clot, described to me as looking like an "awful piece of scar tissue."

We are told that WWE medical took a look at Flair's leg this afternoon as he wasn't looking healthy and immediately made the decision to pull from the show and have him looked over at a local hospital in Philly. After being examined in Philadelphia, Flair was advised to return home to Charlotte for further medical treatment.

One person who saw Flair over the weekend noted that he was not looking well at all.

In case you were unaware, Flair was slated to appear on Monday night's Raw as a special guest, which clearly was cancelled after this health issue. Overall, I am hopeful that this will be a wake-up call for the 16-time champion.

The fact is he has had an amazing, legendary run that should have ended more than 10 years ago. However, Flair is pretty resilient and has managed to not only battle his peers from the past, but many of today's top stars as well.

Let's face it, Flair is one lucky man, as he not only survived a plane crash early on in his career, but he also bounced back and became the biggest name in pro wrestling.

Overall, both he and the WWE were fortunate enough to have caught this before having another Jerry Lawler incident. The fact is, this would probably have been worse, because Flair potentially could have been on-air and collapsed in the ring, whereas Lawler was off-camera at the time of his issue and was able to get treatment without affecting the show.

As a Ric Flair fan, I would love to see him be able to sit back and enjoy the legacy that he created without dragging himself out to the ring. To me, he could easily take a page out of "Superstar" Billy Graham's book and strictly do just appearances and signings without appearing on TV or wrestling in a ring.

To this day, Graham continues to do appearances and does not rely on the WWE to dust him off and bring him back out. Yes, he at one time did appearances for the company, but they were off-air. In fact, the last time we saw him on WWE TV was his Hall of Fame induction in 2004.

In the end, all we can do is hope that Flair has a speedy recovery and steps away while he still has his health.

What Spot Could Ric Flair Have If He Comes Back?

As most will have heard by now, Ric Flair is reportedly on his way out of TNA, America’s No. 2 wrestling promotion.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise. Since joining the promotion in early 2010, he has never been used correctly by them. That such a dynamic, charismatic personality like Flair has spent a large part of his tenure managing the bland, nondescript Gunner says it all.

Throw in some backstage tribulations apparently involving tantrums, unpaid bar tabs and other highly unprofessional behavior, and it looks like both sides are thoroughly sick of each other and ready to go their separate ways.

No doubt Flair, who spoke glowingly about the WWE during his Hall of Fame speech this year, is keen to return to the promotion. The WWE, currently low on genuinely over stars, would surely welcome him back with open arms.

Of course, there is a major hurdle: TNA’s current lawsuit against the WWE, in which the promotion accuses their competitors of using inside information to interfere with contracts, heavily mentions Flair’s name.

Due to these complicated legal issues, a weary WWE may put off bringing in Flair as soon as possible, instead letting some time pass so they cannot be accused of capitalizing on any insider information.

Regardless, it seems inevitable that Flair will be back at some point—especially with the new three-hour Raw format due to start in July. With all that extra airtime to film, the promotion is going to need all the stars they can get.

While his status may have fallen due to his thankless stint in TNA, Flair remains over and is still capable of eliciting a strong reaction from the crowd.  

But what will his role be when he does return?

Well, first of all, let’s rule out him being used as a wrestler.

The out-of-shape, physically wrecked Flair simply can’t go in the ring anymore, as some of his atrocious and downright embarrassing matches in TNA have perfectly illustrated.

Flair, who still insists on acting liking he’s decades younger than he actually is, may not like this, but it’s the harsh truth. His days as a wrestler are well and truly behind him.

Furthermore, the WWE will surely wish to adhere to the result of WrestleMania 24, which saw Flair lose to Shawn Michaels and, per the provisions of the bout, retire from in-ring competition. This is another perfectly valid reason to keep him out out of the ring.  

However, there are plenty of other roles for Flair besides that of a wrestler.

The most obvious option is to use him as a manager. Certainly his trademark wit, charisma and style could greatly aid some struggling mid-carder, like Ted DiBiase Jr. or Kofi Kingston, and help them get over with the masses.

He could also serve as his daughter Ashley’s manager (she recently signed a developmental contract with the WWE and is due to start for the company this summer). A father/daughter pairing onscreen would be an unusual and compelling idea that could surely help the fledgling Diva rise to prominence in the company.

In addition to this, Flair, along with Paul Heyman (currently working with Brock Lesnar in Lesnar’s lawsuit storyline with Triple H), could even help herald in the new age of the male manager—a once-staple character of wrestling television that has petered out in recent times.  

Flair could also come on board as an authority figure, possibly as a babyface foil to John Laurinaitis.  It is easy to imagine “The Nature Boy” interacting with the likes of Laurinaitis, John Cena and Triple H on Raw every week.

Flair's energetic and vibrant personality could hopefully bring out the best in Cena, who has been phoning it in for a while, churning cheesy, childish promos that make most onlookers roll their eyes.

Summarily, Flair returning to the WWE at some point throws up a few possibilities for him.

Certainly, the veteran can use his charisma and presence to help the company's struggling onscreen product in myriad ways. There is every reason to hope they will not make the same mistake as TNA and squander his skills on tedious mid-card acts or in muddled, nonsensical storylines.

Let's just hope they keep him out of the ring.

Ric Flair, Alex Shelley Quit TNA

In an exclusive breaking news report, both Ric Flair and Alex Shelley have decided to quit TNA wrestling.

Ric Flair—in one of the greatest sendoffs in Wrestlemania history—lost a retirement match to Shawn Michaels in 2008. Ric Flair stayed true to his retirement for the duration of his WWE tenure, never competing in an official match.

When his contract expired in June of 2009, Ric Flair began to wrestle again, coming out of retirement during Hulk Hogan's Hulkamania Tour, losing a series of four matches to Hogan.

Flair began to wrestle more frequently in TNA, most notably feuding with Jay Lethal and Fourtune.

With the recent reports of the WWE signing his daughter Ashley to a developmental contract, many felt that his jump to the WWE was inevitable.

Shelley was well-known for his tandem with Chris Sabin known as the "Motor City Machine Guns." With Chris Sabin injured for the greater part of 2011 Shelley was mostly placed as a spot-filler in the X Division, failing to reach the level popularity that he shared with Sabin.

With the so-to-be advent of the WWE Network, it seems that Ric Flair will most likely sign a Legends contract with the WWE.

Alex Shelley will most likely be used in the supposed resurgence of the Cruiserweight division that is set to run also on the network.

It seems like this is a good move for the both of them. With Flair appearing on WWE television, being inducted in the 2012 Hall of Fame with the Four Horsemen, it seemed quite odd and minor league to see him a week later on TNA programming.

As far as Alex Shelley, you really can't blame him either. The Motor City Machine Guns aren't nearly as popular as they were when the tag division was red hot and a move to the WWE will be a great notch in his career.

WWE Reportedly Signing Ric Flair's Daughter Ashley to a Contract

Per a recent report, WWE has signed yet another second/third generation superstar to a developmental deal—Ashley Fliehr, daughter of Ric Fliehr (or “Flair” as he is far more widely known).

In this week's (subscribers-only) Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer notes that Ashley is expected to start soon at FCW and not at the TNA-affiliated OVW, as one may have expected considering her father is currently under contract to TNA: "Ashley Fliehr Johnson, Ric’s daughter, is scheduled to start at FCW under a WWE developmental deal, as opposed to OVW with a TNA deal, this summer."

It was reported earlier this month that Ashley had begun wrestling training, intending to follow in the footsteps of her famous father. As noted, WWE's deal with her will be the latest in a long list of second/third generation signings including Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase Jr, Shaul Guerrero and Tamina Snuka.

Notably, Fliehr previously made the news rounds in 2008, after being arrested for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest following a very public spat involving herself, her father and her boyfriend in an apartment parking lot in her home town of Chapel Hill, NC. She was later sentenced to 45 days probation and ordered to pay a $200 fine over the incident.

Ric Flair vs. Dusty Rhodes: The greatest feud in history of pro wrestling

Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes. In the 1980’s National Wrestling Alliance, one name was rarely spoken without the other. Their individual love of the business was matched only by their shared desire to put on the best match of the night every time they stepped into the ring.

They each poured their heart and soul into the feud, and their rivalry was nothing short of legendary.

You simply could not think of either man without thinking of his opponent. While being very different in and out of the ring, in many ways Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes were opposite sides of the same coin.

Ric was slick, arrogant, cocky, obsessed with being the top worker in the company and very much addicted to the spotlight. He flaunted the World Championship in the face of every man who challenged him, and carried himself with an unmatched swagger in the ring every time he defended it.

Unmatched, except for Dusty Rhodes.

Wait, have I said this already?

Ric Flair was what Dusty Rhodes could have been, had the Dream let his ego get the best of him.

Dusty and Ric were so much alike in terms of character that they quite possibly could have switched places at any given time. They were so good at what they did, so convincing in their roles, that while it may be hard to imagine Dusty in a three-piece custom made suit wearing the Rolex, there is no question that he had the ability to pull it off.

By the same token, Ric has proven that underneath the exterior of "The Nature Boy" gimmick, that he can be soft spoken, personable and very emotional. Picturing him wearing the denim jeans and shouting about living the American Dream and fighting for the fans, sounds crazy, but if anyone had the ability to sell a gimmick as well as Dusty it was Ric.

Of course, what made the feud work, what made it red hot, was the fact that Ric was The Nature Boy, in every way. When he bragged about the countless women lined up at his door, he was stating a fact.

Every time he stared into the camera and said that he was the man, and the world champion because he was the greatest wrestler in the world, he sounded convinced, because he was right.

And every night, the plumber’s son, Dusty Rhodes, cut a heartfelt promo about taking on the world by himself, fans clung to every word.

Why? Because he was selling a gimmick that he didn’t want? Because he was stuck with a tired old routine that just wasn’t getting over? No. Fans loved Dusty because when they looked at him, they knew that he was everything he said he was.

They were each other’s perfect foil.

An important by-product of a successful feud are the storylines that grow from it. This has never been more true than in the case of Ric versus Dusty.

Magnum TA, who may never have achieved a tenth of what he did had it not been for his association with Dusty, had a vicious feud with Ric’s fellow Horseman, Tully Blanchard. Their I Quit match is still recognized as being one of the most intense, most bloody matches in pro wrestling history.

Barry Windham, the second generation star who was on the rise in Jim Crockett Promotions, gave the champ all he could handle and more. Barry’s on-air mentor? Dusty Rhodes.

This storyline deepened later on when Barry turned his back on the Dream, and became the Fourth Horseman, alongside Dusty’s most hated opponent.

The epic War Games match may have never seen the light of day had it not been for Dusty and Ric’s feud. The match drew in all four of the Horsemen with their manager J.J. Dillon, against Dusty and four others who either had heat with Flair, or were in programs with Flair’s cohorts.

Another reason why Ric versus Dusty is the best feud of all time? Because not only did it make for exciting, dramatic television, it also made a ton of money.

At the risk of sounding like the superficial fan, if a promoter is not in the business to draw a crowd and make money, then he or she is wasting their time. Jim Crockett found lighting in a bottle with Dusty and Ric, and he capitalized on it, selling out arenas in every town the NWA ran.

Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes will each be remembered for everything they accomplished in the business, for their promos, their in ring careers, and their feud with each other. They are forever linked, and despite what feud has come after, or will come tomorrow, Dusty Rhodes versus Ric Flair is on a level all its own.

This past Monday night on Raw in their weekly "Did You Know?" bumper, WWE proclaimed that last week's edition of Raw was the most watched show on cable television on Monday night (July 21, 2008). The bumper read: "RAW was the most watched show last Monday on cable television." However, according to an article the Associated Press put out this week regarding the cable ratings for July 21-27, TNT's The Closer was the most watched show on cable for the week. The Closerwas watched in 5.32 million homes and by a total of 7.06 million viewers. The Closer aired on Monday, July 21, the same night that "RAW was the most watched show" on cable television according to WWE. According to the Associated Press, the 10 p.m. airing of the 7/21 Raw finished in seventh place for the week, drawing 3.34 million homes & 4.96 million viewers, far below The Closer's 5.32 million homes & 7.06 million viewers figure. The 9 p.m. airing of Raw was watched by 3.06 million homes & 4.49 million viewers, finishing in thirteenth place for the week. Additionally, the 10 p.m. airing of the 7/21 Raw got beat out by a second cable show that Monday night. TNT's Saving Grace finished in third place for the week. The second hour of Raw drew more viewers (4.96 million viewers to 4.57 million viewers), but Saving Grace was watched in more homes (3.50 million homes to 3.34 million homes). As a result, Saving Grace finished ahead of the second hour of Raw for the week.

WWE's Nature Boy Ric Flair: The Definitive Collection DVD set was knocked from the top spot on the Video Sales - Recreational Sports DVD chart on Billboard.com by the NBA Champions 2007-2008: Boston Celtics DVD in its first week out. The Flair DVD finished in second place for the week. You can see the complete chart at this Billboard.com. This is the first WWE DVD to get beat out in the top spot of Billboard's Recreational Sports DVD chart in quite a while. Just last week on the 7/22 edition of ECW, WWE ran a bumper saying that WWE outsells MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, college sports, and NASCAR in the sports DVD category.

Tuesday's edition of ECW drew a 1.4 cable rating. This number is down from a year-high rating of 1.5 last week.

53.Triple H and his 3 families

It was like Thriple H meet his 3 families on Raw's 15th Anniversary celebration.3 famailies were The McMahon Family, Evolution and DX.

The frist reunion was with Mr. McMahon family as he was celebrating with is family and with his bastered child Hornswoggle, The Game Thriple H crashed in and ruined their plans as we know that Mr. McMahon is The Games favoraite passtime in WWE.

Linda McMahon was not present because she has “gastrointestinal problem” Mr. McMahon explained and their was WWE Divas comming one by one in the ring it was really cool,it was fun for the Game and the fans in the arena.

The Secound reunion was with The Game Thripls H old team-mates of Evolution- Triple H, Batista, Flair and Orton which was a bit serious.The Game (Thriple H),The Animal (Batista),Nature Boy (Ric Flair) remaind friendly but The Third Generation Superstar (Randy Orton) was not happy with this reunion, because as we know that Randy Orton was in a match with Ric Flair which includes that if Ric Flair's “win or retire” only for Ric Flair forced by McMahon.

Orton's ego made him go more further at that time he challenged his team-mates of Evolution in a match which includes

Thriple H,Batista,Ric Flair vs Randy Orton,Edge,Umaga.


Randy Orton's team got disqualified which made Thriple H,batista , Ric Flair rejoice.

Hey Thriple H night is not over till now,As we know that it is gonna be Shawn Micheles vs Mr. Kennedy at Armageddon Mr. Kennedy made sure that Shawn will make at Armageddon, but their comes his old DX partner Thriple H.

The Fans in the arena stood in joy for Thriple H and Shawn Micheals.The 11-time World Champion the Game shared many wonderful time with the fans, It was truely a a good night for the Game Thriple H

43.Chris Jericho saves Ric Flair

Chris Jericho plans to save every one from Randy Orton hands.Chris Jericho has spoilt Ortons mood by Jericho's secound comming at Raw.Above all Jericho has recived a title opportunity against Orton.Last week on Raw Jericho has spoilt Ortons “Passing the Torch” Ceremony,and this week Jericho has spoilt Orton's chance for retireing Ric Flair.

Earlier the WWE Chairman told 16-time World Champion Ric Flair that if he losses any match by by disqualification, pinfall or submission on Raw,SmackDown,ECW ,he will be forced to retire and end his 30 years career on WWE.

Then Orton challenged his mentor Ric flair,Orton has one think in his mind to end Ric Flair's career.But in the match Jericho saved Ric Flair.



But the other way Jericho defeted Inter Continatal Champion Santino Marella in his frist match.
