More On The IMPACT! Rating + Bellator Star To TNA

- Regarding the TNA iMPACT! rating, which was down from last week. The Jersey Shore was a re-run, the college game on ESPN only did 1.9 million viewers and there was no nationally televised NFL competition. Add into the fact that TNA was taped on the road (which costs more), Hulk Hogan was prominent on the show and they headlined with Sting and Kurt Angle. With all of that, it is not considered to be a good sign that the rating dropped from 1.6 million viewers last week to 1.4 million viewers this week.

- Bellator's Eddie Alvarez will be on TNA iMPACT! next week, hyping the next season of Bellator Fighting Championships on MTV2.

- The USA To Africa Pro Wrestling Mission debuts in October, with Bill Goldberg headlining. Also appearing will be George Foreman, Laila Ali and Jean Claude Van Damme. The big event on the tour will be the October 12th Rumble in the Jungle II in Kinshasa, Congo. At this time, there will be both a PPV and DVD releases of the show, as well as a feature film planned of the event.
