Update from Friday, May 15 It was originally reported that Cena was squatting 600 pounds. The wrestler later cleared up the confusion about how much he was squatting on Twitter, letting everyone know that it was a total of 396 pounds.
To clear up all the false interpretation that has derived from the pause squat video, bar weight is 396 pounds or 180 kilos. Thank you.
