John Cena supports WWE Divas, Talks about WrestleMania 28 rumors

Over the last week, the WWE has been under heavy scrutiny by wrestling pundits and fans due to how they treat their Divas division. Last Friday, the WWE fired popular Diva Melina after she publicly endorse Gail Kim's protest on the August 1st edition of Monday Night RAW. Kim would go on to quit the WWE in disgust over the way the Divas are treated. On Saturday August 6th, John Cena commented on the Divas and even encouraged others to support the Divas division by Tweeting the "Divas Matter" initiative. Also on Saturday, John Cena addressed the recent rumors of the WWE considering scrapping the WrestleMania 28 match between Cena and The Rock. Cena made the following comments via his Twitter page about the WM 28 rumors:

“None at all. That match needs to happen.” He then added a little bit of kayfabe, adding that “If they kick us out we will fight in parking lot.”

For over 4 months now, the WWE has been pushing a WM 28 main event match between John Cena and The Rock. Cena and The Rock have kept up their feud via their social media pages of Twitter and FaceBook. The rumors of cancelling the WM 28 match stemmed from a Saturday report by The Wrestling Observer that stated a high ranking WWE Executive wanted to cancel the match between Cea and The Rock out of fear over how much John will get booed.
