The vacant title SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long made an battle royal match for the No.1 contendership match for the World title and the winner will face Alberto Del Rio who already earned No.1 contender match against Christian on past week SmackDown

However Christian and Alberto don't like each other, It was Alberto who took Christian out of action by his cross arm breaker (surgery photos).
