The Shield vs. Braun Strowman, The Miz, Cesaro & Sheamus (Tables, Ladders & Chairs 4-on-3 Handicap Match) - WWE TLC 2017

Finally The Shield has reunited, the much eagerly waited fraction of WWE Universe has returned. Roman Reigns has came-back with Raw Tag Team Champions Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins for a war against Braun Strowman, Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Cesaro & Sheamus in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match at WWE TLC.

Reigns was on a different quest for the past few week's but the rumors was up that the fractions will reunite where the fans were destined to see the The Hounds of Justice again. The their was a doubt when Ambrose and Rollins were having a feud with Cesaro & Sheamus and also Reigns were having a mild feud with The Miz.

Cesaro & Sheamus with The Miz teamed up against Reigns and gave him a 3-on-1 beat-down and gave also a Triple Power Bomb mocking The Sheild signature move. Next week, The Shield made an appearance and attacked them and gave a Triple Power Bomb to The Miz.

This match has got even bigger with the Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman coming in to the picture, when The Shield attacked him. The Miz quickly requested the Raw General Manager Kurt Angle and made it a 4-on-3 match.

Do not miss this moment of action as this will on the best match at WWE TLC PPV. Do visit us again for more news on the great match.

Will Cesaro Out Shine At Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Should Cesaro exit the TD Garden in Boston with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, fans will be buzzing. Despite being a heel, Cesaro is increasingly popular. His hard-hitting style was once underappreciated, but now his uppercuts are inspiring audiences to howl.

WWE would help build a new star by adding Cesaro's name to the world title history books.

He offers a fresh, exciting alternative to John Cena, Randy Orton and the old guard. "The King of Swing" has been on the cusp of becoming a headliner in 2014. Giving him that role would be fun to watch, the crowd scooting ahead to see how he does.

As a bonus, Cesaro as champ means more for Paul Heyman to brag about. Count on him being astoundingly irritating should his client capture the gold.

The company would then have a litany of great options for the next few pay-per-views. Cesaro vs. Daniel Bryan, Cena or Brock Lesnar are all potential classics. Cesaro has had great showings against Bryan and Cena in the past, and a battle of Heyman guys against Lesnar promises to be a magnum opus for "The Swiss Superman."

WWE would have to approach a Cesaro reign with uncertainty. He has yet to be in a headlining position. Would he be able to handle the spotlight? Would his popularity hold?

Those are the questions WWE will have in additions to ones about Cesaro's mic work. He has been extremely dependent on Heyman. That didn't hamper Lesnar in the past, but he has a powerful presence that Cesaro has yet to display. Watching Lesnar stand next to Heyman is like watching a lion snarl alongside a lion tamer.

Cesaro hasn't proved that he can be magnetic on that level.

Cesaro and Sheamus In A Very European Fight

The WWE wants to push Cesaro as a top singles talent. They are also keen to revive the reputation of the WWE United States Championship, which spent far too long lying dormant around the waist of Dean Ambrose.

A perfect strategy has quickly emerged. The first step was to put the belt on Sheamus, who is a solid talent capable of working at main event level. The second was to place Sheamus in a feud with Cesaro.

The seeds of this feud were sown on Tuesday's episode of Main Event, in which the two men showed great ring chemistry in an outstanding non-title match. It was a brutal contest, heavy on trading strikes and high-impact grapples.

The double count-out finish suggests there is more mileage in this pairing, and a match at Payback would really help the prestige of the U.S. title. These men are perfect in the ring and could produce an instant classic match.

WWE SmackDown 4/25/14 Result: The Great Debate: Paul Heyman and Zeb Colter

You know WWE's creative team is on fire when it even manages to book a debate flawlessly.

The brilliance in the segment came from the fact that one man told the truth throughout, while the other used a past accomplishment to try and downplay what his rival was saying.

Zeb Colter told the truth, relayed facts and warned Cesaro about Paul Heyman's long history of telling lies. "He would rather climb a tree and tell a lie than stand on the ground and tell the truth," he told the Swiss Superstar in regard to Heyman.

The former ECW owner shot back at Colter with the one phrase that fans have been hearing nonstop since April 7. "My client, Brock Lesnar, conquered the Streak," he announced repeatedly, never once giving any legitimate answer to counter any of Colter's valid points.

His knock against Swagger for never winning was fun, harsh and true all at the same time, and the pull-apart scuffle between Heyman and Colter got the crowd into the ordeal. But it was Heyman completely shooting down anything Colter said with his braggadocio reminders about Lesnar defeating the Undertaker that really elevated the segment from good to great.

It should be interesting to see if Cesaro finds out over time just how right Colter was and just how shady, sneaky and untrustworthy Heyman really is.

WWE SmackDown 4/25/14 Result: Cesaro vs. Jack Swagger

While wrestling may not have been prevalent on this week's show, the opening match of the evening was a stellar, hard-hitting and hard-fought battle between Real American tag partners Cesaro and Jack Swagger.

Cesaro utilized  uppercuts to his advantage, while Swagger repeatedly tried for the Patriot Lock, which the Swiss Superstar was able to counter. The Cesaro Swing stunned Swagger, and the Neutralizer finished him off as a joyful Paul Heyman watched at ringside.

Cesaro's win seemingly ends the program between him and Swagger, but with the vendetta between Colter and Heyman looking far from over and the Extreme Rules pay-per-view coming up in a matter of days, do not be surprised to see a rematch of sorts, perhaps even including the managers.

Cesaro Must Be Booked Strongly to Justify Battle Royal Victory

Cesaro was one of a handful of talents featured on the Raw after WrestleMania 30, and for good reason. Cesaro emerged victorious in an otherwise lazily booked 31-man Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Beneath a sea of WWE Superstars currently stuck in a rut, the winner now has the clearest path to creative windfall.

During the trophy presentation on Raw, Cesaro's former tag team partner Jack Swagger mauled him. In a get-heat-quick spot, Swagger tipped the towering trophy over, conveniently breaking it in two such that the Andre statue was separated from the rest of the five-foot structure.

As Cesaro's momentum continues, it would be wise for Paul Heyman, Cesaro's new manager, to continue to carry the sculpture lovingly as a reminder of where Cesaro's latest push started.

The Swagger-Cesaro feud will be the first in a long line of critical feuds for Cesaro. Cesaro's ascendancy will reflect directly on the importance of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal—which Hulk Hogan vowed will continue as a WrestleMania tradition.

Pairing with Heyman can already be considered an auspicious start for Cesaro post-Mania.

Heyman infamously managed Brock Lesnar to a surprise WrestleMania victory over Undertaker. Following a career-defining promo on Raw, Paul Heyman can get a WWE Superstar over simply by saying his name.

Luckily for Heyman, Cesaro doesn't need much miracle work.

This new alliance feels like WWE putting the finishing touches to a near masterpiece. A Paul Heyman promo here and an eventual split there will all but launch the newly minted King of Swing.

Long term, if Cesaro and Heyman are to have a falling out, an obvious match with Lesnar, Heyman's other client, will cement Cesaro as a main eventer.

The possibilities seem endless following a very successful 48-hour period for Cesaro. This is a sign that his win in a much-maligned Battle Royal is already starting to pay off.

Lesnar or not, as long as there is a path to the main event, the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal will go from throwaway pay-per-view paycheck grab to an advanced proving ground.

Could Cesaro Turn into This Year's Version of Daniel Bryan?

Entering WrestleMania last year, Daniel Bryan and Kane were unexpectedly the hottest tag team in the WWE. The duo was probably teamed up because the WWE really wasn't sure what to do with either of them.

Bryan was stalling after a successful heel run and Kane, well, he's never really had much direction in his career that's spanned a decade-and-a-half.

By the end of last summer, Bryan had managed to rise above the tag ranks and earn a shot at the WWE title, main eventing SummerSlam against John Cena.

Few could have expected such an ascension based on where Bryan stood on the card just a few months earlier: in a late addition tag match against Dolph Ziggler and Big E.

This year, we're marching to the biggest show of the year with "YES!Mania" running wild. It's fair to say that Bryan is the biggest star in the wrestling world at this moment and could be anointed the leader of a new generation on April 6.

Something bizarrely familiar is happening with another former indy darling who has been bumping around the midcard in a tag team for the last year.

(Don't call him Antonio) Cesaro has run with Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter as the Real Americans since after WrestleMania last year, confounding many with the team's success.

Much like the Team Hell No pairing, I can't believe many people saw Swagger and Cesaro as a star-building solution for either performer. After Swagger flopped as a singles challenger to Alberto Del Rio at 'Mania and Cesaro didn't even make the card, it looked like a way to keep Colter busy since he was signed to a contact after all.

Before long, the crowds were popping for the team's entrance. In a loud, clear voice, fans chanted "We The People" with the trio standing in the middle of the ring. Somehow, a guy previously known as The Swiss Superman was over with a Tea Party Patriot gimmick.

Had Cesaro not joined Colter and Swagger, I'd wager the characters would've struggled to get TV time and would be jobbing out to Sin Cara on Main Event each week.

The fans have taken to Cesaro for the same reason they took to Bryan: They know talent.

Cesaro is a truly great ring worker. Due to his diversity of styles and prowess for a man his size, I don't think it's beyond reason to say he's actually a better wrestler than Bryan.

Heresy, you say? Go watch his last two matches with Sami Zayn. Cesaro has never had a bad match. He sells like a luchador for bigger, more powerful men. He's the best base for any high-flyer to work off when serving as the powerhouse in a match himself. He also understands ring psychology as well as anyone I've ever seen.

What other man could possibly have gotten the Giant Swing over as a signature move in 2014? Nobody. Nobody except Cesaro.

I can hear Vince McMahon in the back screaming, "What a maneuver!" while watching him hit the move each time on the show.

Cesaro understands his character and lives it within the ring and on promos. His character is just an enhanced version of himself. He's an elite athlete with a desire to be the best. He can play smug, angry, ambitious, confident, goofy, funny, wholesome—you name it.

WWE recognizes that the fans are turning in his direction.

He closed his match with Zayn on NXT Arrival with an embrace and a handshake. The respect angle is one of the most traditional first steps for a heel turning face.

His placement in the Elimination Chamber was a test to see how he held up in a major match with top talents from the company. He clearly played the part without missing a step.

While it's minor, it shouldn't be overlooked. This week, Cesaro "conducted an interview" with Hulk Hogan. The reason I put that in quotes is because Cesaro spoke a combination of the various European languages he knows throughout, while Hogan pretended to understand and deliver a promo about the Andre the Giant Battle Royal at WrestleMania.

This was a test for Cesaro, who showed off his ability to play a comedic role—no matter how small—and pull it off with someone of Hogan's stature.

Cesaro will likely be turning face, going over Swagger and moving up the card sometime this summer.

I previously wrote that I expect Big Show to win the Andre Classic at Mania as an ode to the big man himself, but I'd put Cesaro as another favorite. I wouldn't be surprised if he stole the pre-show with a great feat of strength during the Battle Royal or even won it himself. The crowd would love it.

Cesaro has been tested in the ring over the last few months. He and Cena had what's been Cena's best match with anyone not named Punk or Bryan in the last few years on Raw. He and Orton had a knockdown, drag-out technical brawl on SmackDown.

We see that he looks the part. It's just a matter of WWE giving him the chance to stand up to a top star and bring it in the ring on the big stage.

I'm not saying Cesaro is going to be wrestling two marquee matches at next year's WrestleMania and winning the belt. I highly doubt that he'll be the top star in the company. Of course, both these statements would've been absurd to say about Bryan at this time last year as well.

All I'm saying is that, as we salivate at the future led by Bryan, Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes, don't forget to keep the Swiss Superman on your shortlist of leaders for the new New Generation.

WWE Raw Result 2/24/14: Big E vs. Cesaro

Big E looked to follow his win over Jack Swagger at Elimination Chamber by knocking off the other Real American, Cesaro.

Uppercuts and knees to the chest began the match. A pair of belly-to-belly suplexes had Big E on top for a moment, but Cesaro countered with a boot to the face.

Each wrestler traded the advantage, Big E dropping Cesaro to the mat only to crash into the ring post a few moves later. Cesaro rattled Big E with numerous European uppercuts before squeezing out his breath with a reverse chinlock.

Neither Big E's running splash nor Cesaro's midair uppercut was enough for a three-count.

As Cesaro celebrated hitting the Cesaro Swing, Swagger ran in and put the ankle lock on Big E, costing Cesaro the match. The Real Americans squabbled in the ring, Swagger saying that he was sorry.

Cesaro's feats of strength made this a touch better than the Swagger vs. Big E match from Elimination Chamber. Cesaro served as a better ring general, and that led to a well-paced bout that saw a number of momentum swings.

WWE is hinting strongly at a breakup between Swagger and Cesaro, which is coming at just the right time. Fans are cheering more and more for Cesaro, and breaking away from the group allows him the space for a strong push up the rankings.

A Cesaro vs. Swagger match could be on the WrestleMania card instead of a Goldust vs. Cody Rhodes bouts which would be a major surprise.

WWE Smackdown 2/21/14 Result:The trials of Bryan

This week's SmackDown kicked off a lot like Monday's Raw did, with Daniel Bryan being forced to compete in two matches, thanks to Director of Operations, Kane.

Bryan defeated Jack Swagger in a good match to start the night's festivities. Then, at the behest of SmackDown general manager Vickie Guerrero and Kane, it was announced that he would take on one of his five opponents at Elimination Chamber this Sunday night, Cesaro.

The two former Ring of Honor standouts had a tremendous match that ended in disqualification when the Big Red Monster interjected himself in the contest just moments after Bryan caught Cesaro with the running knee to the face.

WATCH: WWE Smackdown 2/21/14

For the second time this week, Bryan found himself on the receiving end of a chokeslam.

All signs seem to point to a Bryan-Kane feud that will continue to play out over the coming weeks. While the program makes sense given their history together, one has to hope that the goat-faced Superstar will be involved in something more meaningful come WrestleMania.

WWE Raw Results 2/17/14 Cesaro vs. John Cena

Cena controlled the match at the outset. He kept Cesaro grounded with a headlock and slammed him to the ground with a hip toss.

Cesaro slipped out of the ring to regroup and soon clamped on a headlock of his own.

The Swiss Superstar hit Cena with an uppercut and stomped on his chest before ducking out of the way to send Cena tumbling outside of the ring. He maintained his advantage, but even pulling out a elbow drop from the second turnbuckle wasn't enough for a three-count.

Cesaro stalked Cena and halted a comeback attempt with a sleeper hold.

The two foes traded counters, the Attitude Adjustment morphing into the Cesaro Swing eventually into a gutwrench suplex. Cena hit a DDT and looked to capitalize by leaping from the top rope. Cesaro uppercutted him off the turnbuckle instead.

Cesaro seethed as he was unable to put Cena away.

He was finally able to hit the Cesaro Swing, but Cena kicked out. A frantic finish saw both men desperate to use their biggest weapons. It was Cena who nailed his, the Attitude Adjustment ending a great match.

Result: Cena wins via pinfall.

WATCH: WWE Raw 2/17/14 (Full Episode)

The mission here appeared to be to further convince fans that Cesaro is a legitimate threat in the Elimination Chamber match. Consider that mission accomplished.

As a bonus, the Match of the Year race has a new entry.

Cesaro was magnificent as the predator, his body language telling as much of a story as his slick counters. His and Cena's battle was a touch slow at times, but it built toward the last third of the bout which had the crowd engaged and chanting, "This is awesome!"

The Elimination Chamber match just got more enticing.

What Antonio Cesaro Needs to Reach the Next Level

It hasn’t taken Antonio Cesaro very long to make a major impact in the WWE.

In less than eight months on the main roster, he’s quickly developed into one of the company’s must-see acts and one of its top up-and-coming superstars.

Cesaro has surprisingly made the very common gimmick of the “anti-American foreigner” work, putting his own unique spin on it that includes carrying a man-purse on occasion.

He’s really excelled in his role so far and has helped restore some prestige to the United States Championship, which has essentially been an afterthought over the course of the last few years.

What’s been even more impressive about Cesaro, however, is just how great he is in the ring.

His matches are quickly becoming one of the most entertaining things on WWE TV. Whether it be a crazy tilt-a-whirl backbreaker or a ridiculously awesome European uppercut, he always manages to do something incredible during his matches

Cesaro’s style is a power-based one that’s caused Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler to label him as “pound for pound, arguably the strongest man in the WWE.” That’s probably true.

He continues to impress with his nearly unparalleled strength that is matched only by his fantastic athleticism—athleticism that you rarely see out of a guy who’s as big as he is.

Cesaro’s amazing skills have earned him the praise of WWE officials and fans alike, with the widespread expectation being that he will one day reach the “next level” known as the main event scene.

And he only needs one thing to get there: time.

While Cesaro the performer is already ready to make that leap to the main event and World title picture, Cesaro the character simply needs more time to be viewed by the WWE fans as a top guy.

Although the “older” fans can see that Cesaro has all the tools to reach the pinnacle of the WWE, the majority of the WWE’s fans have yet to see enough of the Cesaro character to see him as a main event-level heel.

After all, the WWE has a long history of pushing guys to the top of the company who look like they might be ready, only to see those guys struggle once they got there.

Just over the past few years, Sheamus and Alberto Del Rio were rushed to the World title picture after building up momentum early on; however, both quickly floundered once they arrived.

Sheamus was nowhere near ready to be WWE champion in late 2009, just like Alberto Del Rio wasn’t ready to win the Royal Rumble or compete for a World title at WrestleMania within a year of his debut.

Heck, even a guy like Jack Swagger rose to the World title level so quickly that the WWE didn’t have enough faith in him to push him like a top star once he won the belt. You could make a case that Swagger still hasn’t recovered from that to this day.

Swagger, Sheamus and Del Rio are just a few examples of the WWE thinking that it was striking while the iron was hot, when really, it was striking before the iron was ready to use.

It can’t afford to make that same mistake with Cesaro.

Cesaro is doing a fantastic job as the US champion. He’s putting on great matches, he’s developing his character and he’s becoming more and more despised by the fans.

If the WWE sees that and tries to rush him to the World title picture, there’s a very good chance that it will be a monumental disaster. The creative team likely won’t have enough faith in Cesaro to book him to beat the company’s top babyfaces, and Cesaro will become just another heel who loses.

Right now, Cesaro is one of the more dominant heels on the main roster. He’s lost a few matches here and there, but in a WWE where heels seem to lose around 80 percent of the time, he’s picked up far more wins than most.

It’s been fun to see Cesaro as the show-stealing midcarder who’s actually viewed as a viable threat to some of the WWE’s top babyfaces. After all, the WWE even protected Cesaro in his matches against Sheamus, who almost never loses.

That’s how Cesaro should be booked right now: Let him battle it out with top good guys from time to time, but keep him in the upper midcard as the US champion.

Then, when the time is right, Cesaro can drop the US title and make that leap to the main event scene, which is exactly where he belongs. In due time, that is.

Far too often, the WWE wants to capitalize on a guy’s momentum by elevating him quickly, only for that elevation to turn out to be the worst thing for him.

Don’t let that happen with Cesaro.

Rush his push, and he might never recover. Give him some time, and he’s bound to become a top star one day.

Pre-Show Battle Royal to name No. 1 Contender to U.S. Champion Antonio Cesaro : Night Of Champions 2012

Antonio Cesaro will defend his United States Championship at night time of Champions to the winner of a No. 1 Contender battle royal to be kept around the same time as the Pre-Show match at Sunday. The free, Pre-Show will streamed live on WWE.com, YouTube.com/WWE and Facebook beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT.

Cesaro, who won the championship gold from Santino Marella during the SummerSlam (WATCH) Pre-Show, declares he personifies prestige, and his record setting that winning his first title in WWE backs down his claim. Yet, the multilingual, Swiss-born Superstars may require more and beyond certainty and Aksana by his side assuming that he plans to enlarge his U.S. Title reign past the one-month record.

On the surface, it looks the idea that the champion, Cesaro, will head into disadvantage. The ex-rugby player should not know who his rival until instants before Night of Champions takes place. Is there any sort of pratice that can arrange Cesaro for the unknown?

The challenger, nonetheless, should not precisely have a clear way to the title match. To win No. 1 contender spot, the Superstar should first predominate in an each-man-for-himself battle royal. Will the battle to become the No. 1 contender wear out the challenger, making his effortless pickings for a crisp Cesaro?

Additionally, the WWE Universe is found to ponder who will round out the field of the Pre-Demonstrate Fight Imperial. No names have yet been advertised, it might extend from an earlier U.S. Champion to an eager up-and-comer gunning for his first title. In what number of dialects does Cesaro ability to express “astonish”?
