Original Wrestlemania 33 Plans For Brock Lesnar

On a recent episode of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted something that many (including our very own website) had noted several times before and that is that the original plans for Wrestlemania 33 involved Shane McMahon facing Brock Lesnar. Vince obviously changed his tune and the plan is looking more and more like Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg in a rematch at the show based on all the build-up we've seen so far. Meltzer also commented on the rumors of Braun Strowman facing Brock at Wrestlemania but quickly denied them, saying that it was always supposed to be Shane.
