This isn't the first time that the WWE has staged a job evaluation for a person in power and it certainly won't be the last either. A.J. Lee was removed from the Raw general manager post the last time it happened, which allowed Vickie to step into her current role. Vickie's performance has come under fire over the past few weeks as she has received conflicting instructions from Stephanie, Vince McMahon and Triple H. It stands to reason that all three of them will have some form of involvement in Vickie's evaluation.
The McMahons and Triple H have been appearing on WWE programming regularly for the past several weeks, and while it has been a nice treat for fans who remember the Attitude Era fondly, many are wondering where the storyline is heading. Perhaps a bit more light will be shed on that during the performance evaluation as another argument among the McMahon trio is essentially guaranteed.
The WWE can go in any number of directions when it comes to this angle, so there will definitely be a certain amount of intrigue. The RRR panel couldn't come to an agreement on what will happen as everyone seemed to have a different take. If Vickie is fired or reassigned, the main issue relates to who will take over. One possibility that the panel discussed is promoting Brad Maddox to general manager. Vince seemed impressed with him a few weeks ago from a storyline standpoint and from a real-life standpoint, he has the charisma and mic skills necessary to take on a bigger role.
If it isn't Maddox, perhaps Booker T will return after having surgery to take over Raw. He is still technically the SmackDown GM, but he and Teddy Long were at odds and Teddy has been making administrative decisions for the blue brand. Aside from those two options, the McMahons could always decide to keep Vickie in power or they could agree to share power between the three of them. If the latter comes to fruition, look for a match of some kind to happen at SummerSlam or perhaps even Survivor Series to determine one true leader on Raw.
