Triple H may have an arm injury: twitter.com/CapshunsInJail…This isn't the first time Triple H has suffered arm woes after an encounter with Lesnar. Triple H twice suffered a broken arm by the hands of a kimura from Lesnar in the past.

It is unclear how Triple H injured his arm, but there were numerous kimuras during the match. However, it could have occurred at a variety of moments in this brutal match.
The early going of this showdown featured Triple H getting chucked around, and he even wound up going through a table. At one point, Shawn Michaels had to come out of the corner to help save Triple H.
Triple H Tweeted:
Hand and arm not working, head to toe pain...... loved every minute!!!!! #WRESTLEMANIA29 twitter.com/TripleH/status…

Triple H attempted several times to end this match with the kimura, but Lesnar was not having it. Ultimately, Triple H found more success with a pedigree.
After a good whack with the sledgehammer, Triple H delivered a pedigree onto the steps and then pinned Lesnar for a three count.
This match didn't contain the excitement of the Undertaker vs. CM punk, but it was a solid and entertaining match—Triple H proved that, beyond a doubt, he is still a world entertainer and wrestler.
