After a three-year hiatus, they reclaimed the Knockouts Tag Team Championships on October 2 by defeating Heather by Elegance and M by Elegance on "TNA Impact." Their first title defense is scheduled for the Bound For Glory pre-show on October 12.
According to Fightful Select, their current short-term contracts with TNA are set to expire immediately following Bound For Glory. However, TNA officials have expressed a strong interest in retaining the duo through new agreements. While no official announcements have been made, sources indicate that Lee and McKay are expected to sign new deals, ensuring their continued presence in TNA beyond the upcoming pay-per-view event.
Beyond their championship pursuits, The IInspiration recently participated in a cross-promotional event between TNA and WWE, leading to Survivor Series-style matches on "WWE NXT." They teamed up with Mara Sade and Knockouts Champion Kelani Jordan to represent TNA against NXT Women's Champion Jacy Jayne, Lola Vice, Sol Ruca, and Jaida Parker. Despite their efforts, Jayne and Ruca emerged as the sole survivors in that encounter.
As the wrestling world anticipates their next moves, it appears that The IInspiration's journey in TNA is far from over, with new contracts likely to be finalized in the near future.
