Former WWE star Dave Bautista says he doesn’t see MMA as a long-term career move, saying on Spike TV’s “MMA Uncensored Live” that he wants to be able to say he competed in a real fight setting. Asked if he plans to return to pro wrestling, Bautista said he definitely sees himself returning to WWE. Bautista said he left WWE on good terms and is just waiting for the “PG stuff to blow over.”
Asked who he would like to work with if he returns to WWE, Bautista named Triple H, Brock Lesnar, and The Undertaker. Bautista noted he never had the chance to work a long-term program with Lesnar while in WWE. Asked if he would take an MMA fight against Lesnar, Bautista said “of course” he would, saying he is open to any big fights in MMA.
