We're fresh off another edition of Raw Supershow.  Needless to say, with the Muppets hanging around all night, the show was interesting at best.

Hype surrounded the arrival of the furry heroes from yesteryear, which led to many plugs in recent weeks.

What came to be of the night, more or less, gave us some solid guidance as to the future of what the show was meant to be about—wrestling.

Even with air time being taken away from wrestling and story builds, there are plenty of things to take away from the spectacle.

Here are the 10 most interesting points taken away from Halloween in HotLanta.

1. Atlanta Is Obviously Not Populated with Muppets Fans

In a city and a state so full of rich professional wrestling history, Atlanta, Georgia is usually one of the best sites to hold a wrestling event.

Last night was the exception to the rule.

It's true, lately WWE fans have shown a lack of interest at live events, and it has been noticeable to those of us who watch from home.  Monday, however, the Atlanta crowd seemed even less interested in the show than usual.

Most notably, the fans showed little to no reaction whenever the Muppets appeared.  With the exception of Kermit and Miss Piggy, the rest of the Muppet cast received no excitement from the crowd.

Whether or not this has anything to do with crowds being younger today, possibly not even knowing who the Muppets are, having anything to do with it remains to be seen.

What can be seen is that maybe a Muppets Super show wasn't the best idea for a professional wrestling show.

2. Raw Has Shoddy Equipment

Watch : WWE Raw 10/31/11 Online (Full Episode)

Once again, CM Punk's microphone was cut off while he was in the middle of speaking.  This came after Alberto Del Rio agreed to give Punk a championship match at Survivor Series.

Now, once Punk's first microphone cut off, he was given a second one and able to finish off the oh so controversial phrase, "He said yes! I'll see you at Survivor Series Berto."

Was this another mind game of the man behind the curtain who doesn't want to see Punk as WWE Champion?  Or was it simply just a technical malfunction that coincidentally occurred while Punk was speaking?

Nothing is for sure right now.  Either way, WWE should bust out a few extra dollars for microphones and equipment that's not going to cut out whenever the best talker in the business has the stick.

3. Eve Gets Another Shot at Diva's Gold
A Divas No.1 contender costume battle royal was held on Raw, seeing Eve, dressed as Robin, coming out victorious by eliminating Natalya as the last woman left in the ring.

Eve now gets another shot at Beth Phoenix and her Divas Championship.

This shouldn't really come as any sort of surprise, seeing how Eve has been built up to be a legitimate threat.  She took her last opportunity at the title to show the world just how credible she is in the ring compared to other diva's in the locker room.

Showing that they are willing to give Eve another shot at the title shows that this time around, she may just pull off the improbable and become the Divas Champion for the second time in the calendar year.

Eve is on her way to once again eclipsing Kelly Kelly as the No. 1 face in the divas division and could very well be our new champion by turkey time.

4. Wade Barrett May Finally Be Getting His Push
Wade Barrett has once again been gaining momentum.

He's gone from mediocre Intercontinental Champion to laughing stock on SmackDown and back to a credible threat since January.

The man that everyone thought would one day be a world champion this year is giving everybody a reason to think so once again.

He continuously defeats Money in the Bank holder Daniel Bryan and was shown on Raw last night, picking up the win for his tag team match with Cody Rhodes.

By now, Wade should have at least had a constant stay in the main event scene either on Raw or Smackdown, but I have a feeling he's not going to complain if his time is soon.

5. Smackdown Stars Targeting Air Boom
At this point in time, Air Boom has gone through every tag team that creative has decided to band together.  Awesome Truth had their shot and ZigSwag had two.

Now, it appears that Air Boom will have to deal with some counterparts from SmackDown as their next foe.

Seeing as how the tag team titles are allowed to be defended on both shows, it makes sense.  Except, there is only one tag team on SmackDown right now and that's the Usos.

So that means that Jimmy and Jey are finally going to get to show their stuff in the newly revamped tag team division?

Not quite.  In fact, it almost appears as if Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett may be next in line for the tag team gold.

That's basically how things work, right?  The tag team champions square off with a randomly paired duo, the random duo wins and they get a title shot the next time around, right?

If this pattern is to continue, Rhodes could become the latest star to get a massive push, i.e. Miz, to hold a singles title and tag team gold at the same time.  Also, Barrett would be relevant again.

Until Smackdown, we will just have to wait and see.

6. What Does Swagger's Future Hold?
Does anybody else remember when Jack Swagger use to hold the World Heavyweight Championship?  Neither did I until he mentioned it on last night's broadcast.

Oh, where has the time gone?

Swagger once had a promising career in the WWE.  Now he is losing wash matches to Santino with the help of Beaker and his magic energy drink.

Currently, Swagger is the second person under the guidance of Vickie Guerrero and playing second fiddle and tag team partner to Dolph Ziggler.

More of less, Swagger is around to help Ziggler keep his United States Championship until the company sees fit to take it off of him. (See Next Slide)

Unless this direction is going to make Swagger relevant again on the singles or tag team circuit, this may be a lost cause for Swagger yet again.

7. Zack Ryder WILL Be United States Champion Around Survivor Series
How many victories in a row is Zack Ryder going to get over Dolph Ziggler before he is finally awarded the United States Championship?

I've lost track of how many wins he has now in the last couple of weeks.

Ryder has had two chances for the United States title and both times has been screwed out of it by outside interference.

Ryder's victory over Ziggler last night, even despite Vickie's interference, shows the creative hasn't fully given up on possibly being a singles champion just yet.

The fact that he was once again given a victory over the champion merits another shot at the title.  Except this time, he will be victorious.

Mark my words: Zack Ryder will be the United States Champion in the next month, allowing for Ziggler to move into the main event scene.

8. Alberto Del Rio Proves Again How Tough He Is
Call him what you will: arrogant, coward, cheap, cheater, conniving, basically anything with a 'c'.  But one thing you cannot call Alberto Del Rio, is weak.

Del Rio put on a show last night to show how tough he really is.  He put his body on the line whenever he was given the chance.  You'd be hard-pressed to find a man so willing to hit the floor with as much emphasis as Del Rio.

This man took a beating at Vengeance as well, flying from up above only to come crashing down through a wooden table below him.

I'll be the firs to admit that I'm not a fan of the man's character, but with his continuous displays of toughness, he's starting to grow on me as a wrestler.

9. CM Punk Is Bound and Determined to Regain Championship Gold
All Punk had to do was defeat the World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry.  Win that match, and he was guaranteed a title shot at Survivor Series.

Unfortunately for him, Del Rio sent Ricardo Rodriguez to beat Henry in order to get Punk disqualified from the contest, costing him his match.

Things started to look up for Punk, though, when he went into John Laryngitis's office to demand satisfaction.  Laryngitis offered Punk the match, just as long as Del Rio agreed to give him the shot.

Knowing full well that a healthy Del Rio would gladly deny him the shot.  Punk, being the mastermind that he his, took Del Rio being knocked out from a right hand by Big Show, as his golden ticket to forcing the title match out of him.

Punk went on to apply his deadly Anaconda Vice on Berto until he agreed to the match.  Not being able to take the pain any longer, agreed to give Punk his title shot.

With Punk feeling he has been wronged in so many ways since losing the WWE title at SummerSlam, he is out determined man to reclaim what he feels is rightfully his.

Alberto Del Rio better not cross Punk before their encounter, because right now, nothing is stopping him from inflicting a lot of pain on whomever gets in his way.

10. Rock Accepts Cena's Tag Partner Offer
Monday's show opened with a pre-recorded promo (what else can we expect) from the Rock stating he accepted John Cena's request to partner up with him at Survivor Series.

Granted, all of us on here already knew what was coming, so it shouldn't have come to much of a shock to anybody.  Except, Rock did it in a way that even furthered his feud with Cena.

Rock didn't just come out and say "yes".  He first said no, but listened to Team Bring It and decided he needed to do so in order to rid the business of the leeches that are Miz and R-Truth.

This sets up the "Never Before, Never Again" slogan for what is shaping out to be a great Survivor Series thus far.  Teaming up Rock and Cena brings two generation's biggest stars and puts them on one team.  No other team in WWE history can, has or ever will come with the hype of these two professional wrestling icons.

Having Rock's promo start off the show may not have been the best call given the amount of interest surrounding his decision.  Nonetheless, he is now set to team with his mortal enemy for what should be one hell of a showdown.
