SmackDown LIVE preview, Jan. 2, 2018: AJ Styles to face Sami Zayn

After Kevin Owens won a shocking victory over Styles on the final episode SmackDownLive of 2017, the Phenomenal WWE Champion will take on Sami Zayn in a non-title match on the very first SmackDown LIVE of 2018. Chad Gable & Shelton Benjamin will face The Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles and also who will win the Eight-Superstar United States Championship Tournament?

Royal Rumble entries: Royal Rumble is known for it excitement  as it features the traditional 30-men Royal Rumble match. It was announced on Raw by Stephanie McMahon that their will  be first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble Match this year. Kurt Angle made it clear that the rules for the Women's Royal Rumble will be the same that applies for Men's Royal Rumble match.

Naomi and Natalya, as well as Ruby Riott, have entered the Royal Rumble Match for the blue brand. It is also expected that we will see some more Superstars who will announce their entry for the Royal Rumble.

Meanwhile, after Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura has also declared for the Rumble last week, who will be the next SmackDown LIVE Superstar to seek a chance at WrestleMania 34 from the blue brand.
