Cody Rhodes and Goldust Winning The Tag Team Titles is Best For Business

When did you see that the Tag Team Championship titles was on the line at the main event, with everyone wanted the titles to change hands.

Since WWE Night of Champions, The Shield hasn't defended the titles against anyone. Before that Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins defended the title at Money in the Bank PPV pre-show (Watch) and didn't defend it at SummerSlam (Watch) at all.

This time the Tag Team titles was on the line with and emotional crowd support for Cody Rhodes and Goldust. They carried the momentum to another level. Tag Team titles never meant so much before to the Rhodes family, when Cody Rhodes held the title before with Hardcore Holly, Ted DiBiase and when Goldust held the title with Booker T.
