As Extreme Rules approaches, the fate for John Cena are more likely to look for. The Champ fought like a warrior last week on Raw (Watch: Part 1 | Part 2)  and ended with an suffering an injury by being an victim of The Shield in the main event on Raw. What will injured Cena say regarding his preparation for Ryback at Extreme Rules?

John Cena's Injury:
Cena is suffering to an Achilles tendon injury, he took an spear from Roman Reigns on an attempt of helping Team Hell No in a Six-Men Tag Team Match against The Shield. If Cena's injury doesn't heal before Extreme Rules he will be forced to forfeit his title. Cena being an 11 time champion hasn't said anything yet.

Antonio Cesaro's Championship Hunt:
For a guy like Antonio Cesaro who just lost his United States Championship title will not take it lying down. He tossed Alberto Del Rio last week on Raw and spoke about his rematch against Kofi Kingston for The US Championship on WWE Main Event, Kofi retained the title against Cesaro, Cesaro humiliated Kofi by an beat-down of a lifetime. As far as we know Cesaro will not take it lying down.

The Shield wants WWE Tag Team Championship:
It seems that The Shield want their hands on the WWE Tag Team Championship title. Team Hell No has been holding the titles for straight eight months, Team Hell No was attacked by The Shield on Smackdown (Watch) - they tried to claim to be the No.1 contender for the title. The graduates of anger management seek for some payback against the men in black. Team Hell No now has numerous reasons to beat the hell out of The Shield.

Ladder Match Momentum:
Extreme Rules being very close The Triple Threat World Heavyweight Championship Ladder Match is being the buzz of the both Raw and Smackdown. Not only the three superstars are unique to this contest. Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio and Jack Swagger has won Money In The Bank in past and won championships by cashing in the Money In The Bank brief case. The three warriors has been trying their ass off to top in singles match by gaining momentum. At this point, the superstars can't make any mistake, will any of them will show any kind of weakness before Extreme Rules.

Clash of Top Stars:
We haven't heard of Brock Lesnar or Triple H for sometime. Being the match set for Steel Cage Match for Extreme Rules. The silence is not good at this point of time - The hatred for both men against each other has grown since they met last time in the ring against each other at Wrestlemania 29 (Watch: Part 1 | Part 2). We know that there will be an explosion before Extreme Rules, but how will it be? We would only know on Raw.
