The Shield is all about solving the injustices in the WWE, and the trio’s previous run-ins with Team Hell No could be foreshadowing interference during Kane and Daniel Bryan’s tag team title match against the Rhodes Scholars. What better way to make an impact on the WWE landscape than by costing two of the top faces right now their tag team titles? The Shield would have major heat. This could be an easy way for the WWE to re-hash the TLC match from December between these five men, and adding Ryback to this mix would give the superstar a clear direction for WrestleMania 29. Ryback doesn't appear to be in either world title scene through WrestleMania, so allowing him to be involved with Team Hell No in their crusade against The Shield would bring the storyline full circle. If The Shield costs Team Hell No the tag team titles, Ryback, Kane and Daniel Bryan will all have a legitimate gripe over their lost title opportunities. While we may have seen the six-man tag match before, the WWE would be foolish not to go to the well once more. Wreak Havoc on the Royal Rumble Match
Ryback, Randy Orton, Sheamus and many other WWE superstars that The Shield attacked could be in the Royal Rumble match, so there is no doubt that the trio will have a vested interest in the 30-man Battle Royal. For all the WWE Universe knows, The Shield could feel that the entire Royal Rumble is an injustice and try to ruin the whole show. That would be an interesting twist that makes The Shield look like an impactful stable that could legitimately wreak havoc on the WWE. The better idea would be to have the three stars from The Shield enter the Royal Rumble individually and work together once they are all in the ring. The trio could dump a few faces before being eliminated from behind by John Cena. With so many chances to build several interesting storylines from this match, The Shield’s possible actions in the Royal Rumble would add so much to the event.
