Randy Orton beats Christian, What does it mean?

I just put SummerSlam in my archives, and I've got to say it was far better than the last two we've had...minus a match or three.

Randy Orton managed to defeat Christian and became a World Champion for the ninth time in his career.

Let me start by saying, there are only so many times people can get excited to hear that. This feud needs to end next month at Night of Champions because another title change would only destroy the fragile legacy the championship carries.

***A side note: Randy Orton's appearance at the SummerSlam Axxess show was a compete failure! The Miz and Todd Grisham were laughing at him and he had the nerve to say he is a big fan of Kelly Kelly...that is such disrespect since the man trash-talked about her a few months ago. I now understand why people dislike him so much.

What does it mean to have "The Viper" as champion?

For starters, the most popular Superstar on the Smackdown roster is the champion and he is a "face" so technically, we need a "heel" to challenge the champion right?

Who could that be besides Christian, who is entitled to a rematch, hopefully the last one. My guess is it will be Mark Henry. For some reason, I am starting to believe in this guy. The match he was in facing Sheamus was pretty cool and it ended in a no-good count-out victory.

It is not over for them yet I think but it doesn't take away the chances Henry has to challenge for the title. He is a dominant monster and on a path of destruction no less. If he was to face Orton for the title then all hell could break lose.

This time around, Randy should not lose to Christian again. Enough is enough already. I've got to say, seeing Edge appear was one of the highlights of my night and it was a welcomed surprise. You can forget about a Christian-Edge match though, the man is retired!

One prediction could be...the Undertaker returns to claim what is his.

He has been rumored to return at October's Vengeance Pay-Per-View or so it is written in the latest issue of WWE Magazine. With Mark Henry and The Undertaker waiting in the wings, the end of 2011 may seem to be the darkest place Randy Orton could ever visit.

What about Chris Jericho? Could he be making his long-desired return to WWE? The Viper took him out all those months ago and I hope Y2J returns with a bang!

We have five events left this year. One of which, Survivor Series, has immense potential since The Rock is scheduled to appear. Could we have an outstanding Randy Orton versus Undertaker or Y2J program added in there as well?

I believe that to be the solution needed to get that event out of the gutter it's been in for so long.
