Kylie Rae Announces WWE Exit After Contract Not Renewed Amid Pregnancy

Kylie Rae, the inaugural WWE ID Women's Champion, has confirmed that her contract with WWE's Independent Development (ID) program will not be renewed. The 33-year-old wrestler made the announcement on October 9, 2025, sharing her gratitude for the opportunities and experiences during her time with the company. She expressed excitement for the next chapter in her life, humorously adding, "As for the next chapter, I’m so ready to meet you! (Once I pop this baby out of course)."

Earlier in September, Rae had vacated the WWE ID Women's Championship after announcing her pregnancy with fiancé and fellow wrestler Isaias Velazquez. This marks the second child for the couple, who welcomed their first in October 2023.

Rae's departure follows that of Zayda Steel, another talent in the WWE ID program who announced she would not renew her contract. Steel, at 21 years old, expressed gratitude for her time with WWE but emphasized the importance of focusing on her personal journey.

While Rae's time in WWE has concluded, her positive and transparent approach to her departure has resonated with fans, leaving a lasting impression in the wrestling community.
