WWE Live show result 15/01/2016 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi


The WWE made its way to India with a star-studded line-up after more than a decade. Here are the results from the live event on 15/01/2016 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi:
  • The show kicks off with Kane facing Bray Wyatt. Kane wins by Chokeslam.
  • Triple-threat Tag Team match next as it’s the New Day vs the Usos vs the Primetime Players. New Day win with Xavier Woods pinning Jimmy Uso after Kofi Kingston interrupts. Usos and Primetime Players beatdown the New Day after the bell.
  • Huge roar from the crowd as Indian NXT Superstar Kishan Raftaar (Lovepreet Sangha) makes his way to the ring. He defeats Jason Jordan with his finisher “Jai Hind”.
  • WWE Divas Champion Charlotte defeats Summer Rae by submission to retain her belt.
  • Dolph Ziggler defeats Tyler Breeze with the Zig Zag. “This is awesome” chants filled the arena during the match.
  • The Gada-wielding Jeet Rama defeats Chad Gable. Shouts “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” after the win.
  • Rusev defeats Ryback by submission with The Accolade.
  • Roman Reigns defeats Big Show with a Spear and retains the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. He thanks all the Indian fans in parting.
